Based in Gisborne, New Zealand, Twisted Citrus is an orchard-grown food brand built around fresh, seasonal produce and a love of really good fruit. What began with oranges grown on their Gisborne orchard has grown into a much-loved online destination for fresh fruit, pantry goods and artisan products delivered across New Zealand.

Twisted Citrus approached us to refresh the packaging for their range of handcrafted preserves, creating a cohesive label system that could work seamlessly across the growing collection.

The direction needed to celebrate the brand’s orchard roots and small-batch character, while bringing a fresher, more contemporary personality to the range. The result pairs expressive typography, playful fruit illustrations and a vibrant colour system to give each preserve its own identity while keeping the collection unmistakably Twisted Citrus.
